All orders that ship within California are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days) with delivery confirmation for a flat rate of $6.

International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-10 days) for a flat rate of $18.
All jewelry comes in a protective jewelry pouch and an accompanying gift box.
ALTERATIONS & CUSTOM
All jewelry is made to order and may be customized upon request (ie, chain lengths). 14k and 18k gold in yellow, rose and white; and platinum are also available on request. We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receiving. Item(s) must be returned in new and original sale-able condition. If there are any signs of wear or use, the return will not be accepted. Please contact email@example.com for a return authorization number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and will repair any item purchased from our online store within one year. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Jewelry purchased through our other retailers must be repaired through the retailer and is subject to their individual store policy. All jewelry is handmade and delicate in nature. Pieces should be stored in their jewelry pouches to prevent scratches and tarnishing. Always avoid exposure to moisture and remove before washing or working out as it may affect the vermeil. It is best to keep items from extreme heat or sudden changes in temperature. We recommend applying hairsprays and fragrances before putting on your jewelry.

All gemstones and pearls are natural and may vary in size, shape and color. Natural inclusions, matrixes and variations in color are inherent in their beauty and make them unique.
