We welcome international orders. Customers are responsible for duties, taxes and custom fees. All international orders are final sale. If you do not see your country listed, please contact us directly to place your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your credit card information is protected by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Technology that encrypts all information sent via the Internet. Your card will be charged when the order is placed. All orders that ship within California are subject to 9.75% sales tax.
Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-5 days) with delivery confirmation for a flat rate of $7.90.
Expedited shipping is also available via UPS at the following rates:
Next-Day (1-2 days, by 3pm) - $50
Second-Day (2-3 days, by 3pm) - $30
International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (3-10 days) for a flat rate of $40.
All jewelry comes in a protective jewelry pouch.
ALTERATIONS & CUSTOM
All jewelry is made to order and may be customized upon request (ie, chain lengths). 14k and 18k gold in yellow, rose and white; and platinum are also available on request. We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 7 days of receiving. Item(s) must be returned in new and original sale-able condition. If there are any signs of wear or use, the return will not be accepted. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for a return authorization number and instructions. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number.
We stand behind the quality of our jewelry and will repair any item purchased from our online store within one year. After one year, repairs may incur a charge. Jewelry purchased through our other retailers must be repaired through the retailer and is subject to their individual store policy.
